The Reliant 350 Stand Assist from Invacare is a compact and maneuverable mobile lifter. It is ideal to provide comfortable and safe assisted transfers for people with limited mobility or perhaps in some form of rehabilitation.
This is not a passive lifting device and requires some level of weight bearing ability from the person being transferred from one seating position to another. Small and compact the Reliant 350 is capable of transferring an individual up to 25 stone in weight.
The lift boom has multiple adjustments and there are a selection of sling mounting points to ensure the correct lift angle can be achieved. There is a well proportioned footplate offering a stable surface for the feet. The knee guard is padded and height adjustable.
From a safety perspective, there is an easily accessed emergency stop button. In the event of power failure, a manual over ride system allows you to gently lower the user in complete safety. There is also an anti-entrapment device which stops the boom from lowering if it senses resistance.

All of this comes with the peace of mind of 12 months home engineer callout. The Reliant 350 also comes with a 12 month warranty on the battery and a 3 year guarantee on the frame.

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)
If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. All of our new products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.
After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.
