The all new Invacare Orion PRO is part of a new range of mobility scooters launched by the trusted name of Invacare. This is the next step up from the Orion Metro, with various upgrades and improvements over the original model. A thoughtful, ergonomic approach to the design has given us a practical and stylish machine with a host of optional extras to add to your comfort and convenience.
The larger 12" pneumatic tyres, and brand new, upgraded suspension system will ensure you have a comfortable journey. This will only be further enhanced by the comfortable and fully adjustable Captain's seat that comes with a longer, more supportive backrest as standard on this scooter. There is also a new ergonomic Delta handlebar with easy tiller adjustment.
The Orion PRO has been strengthened to carry a maximum user weight of 25 stone and, with the upgraded, heavy duty batteries you can travel up to a maximum of 32 miles between charges, ensuring you can reach further destinations. Also, with the larger 12" pneumatic tyres, improved suspension system and ground clearance of 4" uneven terrainshould not pose a problem.
Safety is not overlooked for style either. There is a full lighting system to the front and rear, including indicators and a powerful dual bulb headlight. The brake light also comes on automatically when you are slowing down. To disengage the scooter's drive is a two step process to avoid accidents. The Invacare Orion PRO also comes fitted with their patented speed reduction system. This slows the scooter to a sensible speed when cornering to ensure stability is maintained.
The range of accessories for this mobility scooter is impressive to say the least. From a safety perspective, there is the option to add a lap belt along with front and rear bumpers to protect the bodywork. All manner of walking aids can be carried at the rear of the scooter, or you could choose to have a front or rear lockable storage box for added security. For your convenience and comfort there are options for seat suspension, a drinks holder and even a USB adaptor so you can charge your mobile phone on the move.

All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them! The cost for this service is £95.00 (This service is only available to Mainland UK addresses)
If you are happy with your choice of mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With the standard delivery option, included in the price you will still have the mobility product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. The majority of our power products arrive on a pallet, so you will have to dispose of that as well. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

However, if for any reason you wish to return your product to us you can do so within fourteen days as per the distance selling regulations. All of our new products have at least a 1-year parts warranty and some of our larger items have even longer (please call for further details). In addition to this, we include a free 1-year home call out promise. This means that if you experience any technical problems, which cannot be solved by other methods, we will send an engineer to your home, free of charge, to fix the problem.
After this 1-year period, we will still make an engineer available to you should you need one but the cost will be borne by the customer.
